The Growth Marketing Manager will manage marketing campaigns, oversee content creation, optimize SEO, and drive demand generation for Altrio's SaaS products.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take Altrio’s brand and demand generation to the next level. You’ll be at the center of our go-to-market efforts - running campaigns, driving pipeline, and finding creative ways to put Altrio in front of the right audiences. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to experiment across channels, own results, and directly shape the growth story of a fast-scaling SaaS company.

🔥 What You'll Do 🔥
- Content Marketing: Own content calendar (blogs, case studies, white papers, reviews, newsletters). Support PR, social media, and sales enablement assets.
- Website & SEO: Manage Webflow updates and new pages. Optimize for SEO, CRO, and performance tracking (Google Search Console, GA4, Spyfu/SEMRush, Microsoft Clarity).
- Email & Lead Nurturing: Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot. Develop cold and inbound nurture sequences. Maintain and enrich lead lists using tools like ZoomInfo, Avina, Apollo.
- Demand Generation: Run paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and select media outlets. Optimize to deliver qualified leads within target CPA.
- Event & ABM Marketing: Identify and coordinate industry events. Partner with Sales on pre-event targeting, outreach, and post-event follow-up. Support ABM campaigns (gifting, offline tactics).
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across HubSpot, GA4, Looker, and other tools. Provide insights to improve funnel efficiency.
- Tech Stack Management: Administer marketing tools including HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Canva, Webflow, and Wistia. Coordinate with freelancers and vendors for execution.
💡 What You Bring to the Team 💡
- 4–6+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience, ideally in a scale-up environment.
- Strong background in demand generation and pipeline-building campaigns.
- Proven ability to create and distribute content that drives awareness and engagement.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and a modern CMS (Webflow preferred).
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong communication and project management skills - comfortable owning campaigns end to end.
