The Role
Xodo is Apryse's end-user business: a portfolio of document products used by millions of people every day to sign, edit, and manage documents. Xodo Sign is the fastest growing product in that portfolio. Behind it sits Apryse, the document technology company trusted by 85% of the Fortune 100. Millions of users, a proven product, an enterprise-grade name behind it. We need a marketer who can turn all of that into pipeline and revenue.
We are looking for someone who treats marketing as a revenue function: programs measured in pipeline and bookings, not just leads and impressions; demand and lifecycle programs that attract and convert B2B multi-seat buyers; and a HubSpot instance that runs the funnel, with reviews and social proof building behind it.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll run our pipeline, lifecycle and demand programs. This is a hands-on IC role with real autonomy: you live in the marketing platform instead of handing it off, and you use AI and modern martech as force multipliers on a small, sharp team that includes digital, performance, web, SEO/AEO, and content creation.
If you have built growth marketing programs inside a PLG-meets-sales-assist motion before, this is the seat where it will matter.
Responsibilities:
- Growth & Pipeline Development
- Build and run integrated growth campaigns that drive demand and qualified pipeline, with an emphasis on generating business and multi-seat buyers for Xodo Sign and the end-user portfolio.
- Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline generation across the Xodo portfolio, with success measured in pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
- Partner directly with the sales team on account targeting and sales-assist programs; you’ll work with our AE as a teammate.
Lifecycle & Marketing Automation
- Build email and lifecycle programs: trial activation, free-to-paid conversion, expansion, promotions, win-back, and retention nurtures.
- Run HubSpot day to day: workflows, email programs, segmentation, lead management, landing pages, and campaign reporting.
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to improve data quality, funnel visibility, lead routing, and reporting accuracy.
Social Proof & Content
- Support programs that drive customer advocacy, review generation, UGC, and social proof across G2, Capterra, and other review and community platforms.
- Activate market-facing content including webinars, video, customer education, social content, and thought leadership initiatives that support pipeline generation and customer growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Generation, or Revenue Marketing within a B2B SaaS business.
- Proven ability to build and execute full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified demand and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Strong working HubSpot experience, including automation, workflows, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and reporting.
- Experience using AI tools, agents, automation platforms, and modernmartechto scale marketing execution, experimentation, and customer engagement.
- Experience building campaign dashboards and executive-ready performance summaries.
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to collaborate in Canva, Figma, or similar tools to guide campaign assets, landing page layouts, and visual storytelling.
- Bonus points ifyou’re also a content creator: video, short-form, or on-camera comfort.
Benefits
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- A comprehensive extended benefits package including health, dental and vision for you and your family, with company paid offerings.
- 401K savings program with company match.
- Generous paid time off (PTO) is offered to support the ability to rest and recharge
- A great team environment and resources, supporting you to do the best work of your life and providing unlimited career growth potential.
- Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial environment.
- Annual recurring WFH allowance for you to purchase items you need for your home office.
- Ongoing support for learning development so you can master your craft.
- Work with the hardware you're most comfortable with (Windows or Mac).
- Diverse and inclusive workplace where we all learn from each other.
