Lightspeed is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media to manage day-to-day initiatives for the North American region. The candidate will plan, execute, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video) in order to drive sales and increase conversions from website visitors. Having a strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and an ability to quickly understand and analyze data will allow you to thrive in this role.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Responsible and accountable for growing leads and sales via Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Video campaigns across all the NOAM Industries
  • Directly execute campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, and other emerging platforms
  • Monitor trends, investigate irregularities in performance and troubleshoot ad issues that affect delivery, performance, tracking, and reporting
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
  • Track, report, and analyze the performance of paid media initiatives and campaigns


What you’ll be bringing to the team

  •  3+ years experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, YouTube Ads
  • Be well-versed in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition
  • Have experience with website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics)
  • Have strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports

Even better if you have, but not necessary

  • Experience as a team lead or manager
  • Lead-generation experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams
