What we're looking for


We are looking for an experienced and visionary Growth Lead to drive the overall growth strategy and execution of our marketing efforts. This role is central to accelerating customer acquisition, optimizing the entire marketing funnel, and aligning business objectives with growth initiatives.
As the Growth Lead, you will lead the development and implementation of growth strategies across all stages of the customer lifecycle, focusing on high-impact opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the product, creative, and marketing teams to identify new opportunities, optimize existing processes, and accelerate the business's overall growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to scale customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

  • Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, product, creative) to implement data-driven initiatives across the customer journey.

  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities to optimize customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and improve profitability.

  • Own key growth metrics (revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV) from marketing channels.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to scale the business effectively.

  • Leverage data and customer insights to optimize marketing funnels from acquisition to retention.

  • Analyze data to spot trends, tailoring marketing efforts to improve performance.

  • Design and implement performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI across paid and organic channels.

  • Build performance dashboards to track growth strategies and initiatives.

  • Share ownership over financial reconciliation and marketing budget projections.

  • Drive continuous improvement through testing and iterating on growth strategies, scaling successful experiments.

  • Collaborate with teams to enhance lifecycle marketing efforts and share insights across the organization.

  • Develop and improve processes to drive high-performing ad creative.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance-driven marketing, with a strong track record of scaling businesses and driving impactful results.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute high-impact marketing strategies across multiple channels.

  • Expertise with performance marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

  • Analyze large datasets to spot trends and cohorts, helping to tailor personalized marketing efforts using analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google / Meta Ads

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and how to use data to drive decision-making and growth optimization.

  • Experience managing and optimizing the full marketing funnel, from customer acquisition to retention and advocacy.

  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle strategies, retention marketing, and user segmentation to drive more personalized, effective marketing efforts.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges creatively and analytically.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams to execute integrated campaigns.

  • Proven experience working in high-growth environments, ideally within a DTC or tech-driven company

  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).

  • You’ve done it before, at scale. You have some hard-won lessons from the industry, and bring a deep understanding of growth marketing

  • You are passionate about improving the Canadian healthcare experience and have a personal connection to the space
