  • Strong opinions about what metrics actually matter

  • Passion for using AI to automate analysis and surface insights

Your responsibilities
  • Own our north star metrics and make them go up and to the right

  • Find "aha moments" that turn users into paying customers & shape our dev roadmap

  • Build automated systems that tell us when something is wrong before our users do

  • Own our dashboards and tools and use them to make all of us data-driven

  • Build and run a killer A/B testing program for product & marketing initiatives

Skills & Qualifications
  • Expert in SQL and query optimisation

  • Strong with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub)

  • Hands-on with Chargebee and PostHog (event tracking, funnels, retention) and Grafana (dashboards, alerts)

  • Experience building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines (Airflow, dbt, or similar)

  • Proficient in Python or Go for data processing and automation

  • Skilled in data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, warehouse design)

  • Comfortable with API integrations for SaaS and internal data sources

  • Knowledge of growth metrics (activation, retention, LTV, CAC) and A/B testing

  • Experience with data governance and quality checks

  • Background in B2B SaaS or developer tools preferred
