About the opportunity:


As a Group Product Manager, you will play a strategic role in defining and driving the success of our AI-driven security solutions. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle, working cross-functionally to align engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams while also managing and mentoring junior product managers. You will be responsible for setting the product vision, defining and prioritizing the roadmap, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of innovative solutions that meet market needs.


Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and drive the overall product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Establish and maintain a long-term product vision, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technological advancements.
  • Lead competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Evangelize product vision to internal stakeholders and customers.

Roadmap & Execution

  • Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Prioritize product features and improvements based on business impact, customer insights, and market research.
  • Define clear objectives and key results (OKRs) for product success.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Present product updates and strategy to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

People & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and business analysts.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Provide guidance on best practices in product management, including agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development plans for team members.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions are driven by user needs.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and validate hypotheses.
  • Utilize data analytics to track user behavior and measure product success.
  • Drive customer-centric innovation and iterative product enhancements.

Go-To-Market & Adoption

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Define product positioning and messaging for different customer segments.
  • Ensure successful product launches by managing release cycles, documentation, and internal enablement.
  • Monitor and optimize product adoption, engagement, and retention metrics.
