Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn't work together.

Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.
Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes - large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. The Role
The Sales Knowledge Lead will lead Block's internal sales knowledge enablement strategy, with a focus on continuous learning and making internal knowledge accessible. This role will be responsible for organizing scalable, ongoing enablement efforts, building centralized resources in partnership with subject matter experts, and reducing information sprawl.
You Will
  • Define and execute the everboarding strategy for sales-ongoing education that extends beyond onboarding.
  • Own Block's internal knowledge management structure, curating streamlined single sources of truth in partnership with SMEs.
  • Guide the team in developing timely, relevant, and high-impact content aligned to business priorities.
  • Oversee the organization and cleanup of learning assets and managing an internal communication calendar to reduce noise and ensure clarity.
  • Drive operational excellence in everboarding programs by tracking timelines, effectiveness, and adoption.
  • Provide leadership to enablement managers across regions and roles; serve as a cross-functional bridge with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Champion knowledge-sharing across the entire enablement team and promote regional localization best practices.
  • Establish performance standards and assess impact of ongoing enablement programs.

You Have
  • 8 years of relevant enablement, corporate learning, or program management experience
  • Background in sales at a B2B software or technology service ideal

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
