Be the architect of Qualtrics global talent strategy and shape the future of our workforce. We are seeking for a Global Talent Acquisition Leader to design and deliver a bold innovative recruitment strategy that will attract the world’s best talent and fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing global team of approximately 40 dedicated recruiting professionals, while partnering with senior leaders to ensure we have the right talent, in the right roles, at the right time.

Things You’ll Do
- Create and execute a forward thinking talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business vision and future growth plans.
- Lead and mentor a diverse global team fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Team is ~ 40 professionals, including recruiting managers, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, understanding business priorities, delivering top-tier talent solutions, and adapting as hiring needs and priorities change in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Lead the charge on leveraging AI and emerging technologies, identifying and implementing use cases that streamline processes and drive recruiting efficiency at scale while enhancing the candidate experience.
- Build and strengthen cross functional partnerships with Talent Brand, People Data, People Development and Enablement, Total Rewards and People Business Partners to deliver workforce plan and seamless integrated talent solutions. Or with FP&A to align on hiring approvals and timing of hiring to the financial strategies of the company.
- Drive operational excellence using data-driven insights to continuously improve our recruitment process and candidate experience leveraging data to lead the function. Be a master problem solver, driving scale and process efficiencies for the Talent Acquisition function.
- Own and manage the global TA budget with discipline and creativity - balancing efficiency, innovation, and return on investment remaining flexible based on hiring plans.
- Invest in up-skilling and enablement for the TA team- raising the level of delivery across critical areas such as talent assessment, offer acceptance rates, data hygiene, sourcing excellence, and other core elements of the recruiting journey to evolve into a best-in-class function.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a global organization (ideally in the tech industry).
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition teams, preferably in a global context, with a successful track record of managing high-volume recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, diversity recruiting, and candidate experience improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience utilizing recruitment analytics and metrics to drive decision-making and enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability within a team.
- Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and commitment to diversifying the talent pool.
What You Should Know About This Team
- Hybrid office environment with regular operating hours (3x per week required in office - 2 set by company, 1 set by the People Team); however, flexibility to accommodate global time zones is necessary.
- Our recruiting team is global and spread across all our primary regions (North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APJ).
- Our recruiting teams are organized by function and region, with a strong emphasis on pivotability and adaptability with the changing needs of the business to allocate resources where they're most needed.
- The Talent Acquisition org is viewed across Qualtrics as a pivotal partner and driver in the growth and retention of top talent. Partnerships, collaboration, and execution are key in continuing to build the success of Qualtrics.
