Our Programs team is growing and we are looking for a Global Experiential & Field Marketing Lead to join the NYC team.
monday.com hosts an annual global user conference called “Elevate”. Elevate is monday.com’s largest event of the year and serves as an opportunity to bring together our co-founders, builders, product leaders and monday.com experts with world-class keynote speakers to share their knowledge, vision for the future of work and the product.
Elevate is also where the monday.com brand comes to life while providing our customers an unforgettable experience. Last year, Elevate included an online event with more than 97,000 registrants followed by a world tour of live events in Sydney, London and New York.
We are looking for an experienced production manager with an extensive background in tech events who plans, builds and executes experiences in the most creative and inspiring way possible. This is a unique opportunity to grow what is already one of the world’s biggest tech conferences and to shape the experience like no other. To be successful in this role, you will need to be creative, lead parallel initiatives across the globe and reinvent Elevate every year as a part of the production team.
About The Role
- Plan and build the experience of the conference while working with global production companies and multiple vendors
- Lead various initiatives to answer both the business strategy needs and the audience's interest
- Shape the experience to leverage our brand as a one-of-a-kind conference that people all over the world would want to attend
- Lead programming efforts with the broader monday.com team for a successful execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of corporate events experience
- Remarkable project and time management skills
- Self-driven, quick learner able to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Experience with running functional, engaging, high quality events in online, in-person and hybrid formats
- Background negotiating and managing work processes with external vendors, suppliers and event organizers
- Superior verbal and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple time zones and communication channels
- Ability to travel up to 30% to execute in-person events

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $140,000-$165,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
