HTS Media recherche un(e) Gestionnaire sénior, Stratégie et Opérations pour propulser la croissance de notre plateforme média native au commerce du voyage. Ce rôle est conçu pour un(e) gestionnaire hautement autonome, capable d'identifier des opportunités de monétisation, de concevoir et d'exécuter des expériences, de générer des analyses approfondies et de piloter l'exécution des objectifs de croissance de HTS Media — le tout sans alourdir la feuille de route des équipes d'ingénierie principales.
Il s'agit d'un rôle à impact élevé qui combine stratégie, analyse et exécution dans un environnement de marché publicitaire en constante évolution.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
Identification de croissance : Repérer et évaluer la taille des nouvelles opportunités de monétisation et de croissance pour HTS Media.
Expérimentation agile : Concevoir des expériences pilotes légères pour valider l'impact potentiel.
Analytique et narration : Bâtir des modèles analytiques, des tableaux de bord et des argumentaires pour soutenir la prise de décision.
Partenariats internes : Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de produit, d'ingénierie, des ventes et des opérations pour propulser l'exécution.
Clarté dans l'ambiguïté : Traduire des problématiques complexes en plans d'action clairs et en résultats mesurables.
Autonomie : Opérer de manière indépendante avec une supervision minimale dans un environnement de haute ambiguïté.
Le candidat idéal possède :
Bilinguisme essentiel : Une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit), car vous collaborerez quotidiennement avec nos équipes et partenaires distribués à l'échelle mondiale.
Expérience : 3 à 7 ans d'expérience en stratégie et opérations, « BizOps », analytique produit ou croissance.
Expertise sectorielle : Expérience de travail dans des environnements de places de marché, de publicité ou de monétisation de plateformes.
Rigueur analytique : Forte capacité à passer de la donnée à l'action.
Imputabilité : Une grande aisance face à l'ambiguïté avec un fort sentiment de responsabilité.
Mentalité de bâtisseur : Un focus sur l'exécution concrète plutôt que sur les présentations stratégiques théoriques.

About the job
HTS Media is hiring a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to help scale our commerce‑native travel media platform. This role is designed for a highly autonomous operator who can identify monetization opportunities, design and execute experiments, build analytical insight, and drive execution against HTS Media growth goals — without creating roadmap drag for core engineering teams.
This is a single‑hire, high‑impact role that blends strategy, analytics, and execution in a fast‑moving marketplace and ads environment.
What would your day-to-day look like
Identify and size new monetization and growth opportunities across HTS Media
Design lightweight experiments and pilots to validate impact
Build analytical models, dashboards, and narratives to support decisions
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops to drive execution
Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear plans and measurable outcomes
Operate independently with minimal oversight in a high‑ambiguity environment
An ideal candidate has
3–7 years of experience in Strategy & Ops, BizOps, product analytics, or growth
Experience working in marketplace, ads, or platform monetization environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to move from data to action
Comfort operating in ambiguity with high ownership and accountability
A builder mindset — focused on execution, not just strategy decks
