Gestionnaire, Marketing – Laurier Québec & Place Ste-Foy – JLL

Ce que ce poste implique :

Le/la Gestionnaire, Marketing, Laurier Québec & Place Ste-Foy joue un rôle stratégique dans la mise en œuvre et la gestion des initiatives marketing des centres commerciaux. En étroite collaboration avec le Directeur marketing régional, vous serez responsable de l'exécution efficace des plans marketing, de la coordination d'événements de calibre supérieur et de l'utilisation optimale des plateformes et outils marketing de JLL pour générer des résultats mesurables et maximiser la satisfaction des clients. Ce poste de remplacement de congé de maternité d'une durée de 13 mois représente une opportunité unique de contribuer au rayonnement de deux propriétés phares de la région de Québec.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

  • Exécuter et gérer les plans marketing annuels en collaboration avec le Directeur marketing régional et deux coordonnateurs marketing, tout en assurant un suivi budgétaire rigoureux

  • Planifier, superviser et être présent·e sur le terrain lors de tous les événements des centres, de la conception à l'évaluation post-événement, en garantissant une exécution impeccable

  • Coordonner les promotions, les stratégies de communication et les programmes de médias numériques selon les orientations établies

  • Gérer les relations avec les partenaires, fournisseurs externes, médias traditionnels et numériques, ainsi qu'avec les détaillants pour encourager leur participation aux activités marketing

  • Analyser les données de ventes et statistiques, créer des bilans d'activités marketing et présenter les résultats aux propriétaires clients

  • Encadrer, motiver et développer l'équipe de coordonnateurs marketing par du coaching régulier et une rétroaction constructive

  • Développer et maintenir un calendrier événementiel dynamique qui stimule l'achalandage et renforce l'expérience client

Qualifications requises :

  • Baccalauréat en marketing, communications ou domaine connexe

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en marketing ou en publicité dans le secteur de la vente au détail et/ou des centres commerciaux

  • Expérience démontrée et solide en planification, coordination et exécution d'événements en centre commercial ou environnement similaire (essentiel)

  • Expérience obligatoire en gestion budgétaire et suivi des dépenses

  • Bilinguisme à l'expression orale et écrite (français et anglais)

  • Disponibilité pour travailler régulièrement les soirs et les fins de semaine lors d'événements

Qualifications préférées :

  • Connaissance approfondie des principes fondamentaux du marketing et de la recherche

  • Maîtrise des stratégies de médias sociaux et du marketing numérique (géofencing, publicité ciblée, analytique web)

  • Excellentes capacités de coordination et de gestion événementielle avec une approche terrain orientée vers l'exécution

  • Sens du leadership et solides compétences organisationnelles et communicationnelles avec capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement au rythme rapide

  • Excellent esprit d'équipe et aptitude à collaborer avec divers intervenants

Marketing Manager – Laurier Québec & Place Ste-Foy – JLL

What this job involves:

The Marketing Manager, Laurier Québec & Place Ste-Foy plays a strategic role in implementing and managing marketing initiatives for our shopping centers. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Director, you will be responsible for effectively executing marketing plans, coordinating superior-quality events, and optimally leveraging JLL's marketing platforms and tools to drive measurable results and maximize client satisfaction. This 13-month maternity leave replacement position represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of two flagship properties in the Québec City region.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Execute and manage annual marketing plans in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Director and two marketing coordinators, while ensuring rigorous budget tracking

  • Plan, supervise, and be present on-site during all center events from conception to post-event evaluation, guaranteeing flawless execution

  • Coordinate promotions, communication strategies, and digital media programs according to established guidelines

  • Manage relationships with partners, external suppliers, traditional and digital media, as well as retailers to encourage their participation in marketing activities

  • Analyze sales and statistical data, create marketing activity reports, and present results to property owners

  • Coach, motivate, and develop the marketing coordinator team through regular coaching and constructive feedback

  • Develop and maintain a dynamic event calendar that drives traffic and enhances the customer experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

  • 3 to 5 years of marketing or advertising experience in the retail and/or shopping center industry

  • Demonstrated strong experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events in a shopping center or similar environment (essential)

  • Required experience in budget management and expense tracking

  • Bilingualism in oral and written expression (French and English)

  • Availability to work regularly in the evenings and on weekends during events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing fundamentals and research

  • Mastery of social media strategies and digital marketing (geofencing, targeted advertising, web analytics)

  • Excellent event coordination and management capabilities with a hands-on approach focused on execution

  • Leadership skills and strong organizational and communication abilities with capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate with various stakeholders

*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
