Ce poste vous offre l'opportunité de développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing innovantes qui soutiennent les objectifs de la propriété, maximisent la satisfaction des clients et contribuent directement au succès des locataires. 

 

Responsabilités principales 

  • Élaborer et exécuter le plan et le budget marketing annuel aligné avec les objectifs stratégiques de la propriété

  • Gérer et optimiser le budget marketing avec suivi mensuel des projections • Analyser les données de ventes et tendances du marché pour guider les décisions stratégiques

  • Élaborer un plan de communication et de relations publiques pour la propriété ainsi que développer des campagnes de relations publiques, en mesurer la performance médiatique et le retour sur investissement

  • Négocier les contrats et optimiser l'allocation budgétaire sur les différents canaux

  • Concevoir et exécuter des promotions, campagnes saisonnières et événements pour stimuler l'achalandage

  • Gérer les programmes de marketing numérique (médias sociaux, web) 

  • Développer des partenariats avec les locataires pour maximiser leurs ventes

  • Faciliter l'intégration des nouveaux locataires et identifier les opportunités de partenariat

  • Tisser des partenariats communautaires et représenter le centre et JLL lors d'événements clés

  • Collaborer avec les équipes de location, opérations et marketing régional

  • Créer des outils de location efficaces et supports marketing pour les initiatives de location

  • Assurer la conformité aux politiques et normes de marque corporatives 

 

Qualifications requises

  • Baccalauréat en marketing, communications ou administration

  • 3-5 ans d'expérience en marketing idéalement en centres commerciaux

  • Expérience en gestion budgétaire et responsabilité financière

  • Compétences analytiques pour interpréter données de ventes et études de marché

  • Excellentes compétences de communication

  • Expérience en planification d'événements et gestion de projets 

Atouts recherchés

  • Expérience spécifique en centres commerciaux

  • Connaissance du marketing local et régional

  • Maîtrise des plateformes de marketing numérique

Join JLL as Marketing Manager for Galeries d'Anjou, where you'll lead comprehensive marketing initiatives for this strategically located shopping center in east Montreal. This position offers you the opportunity to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that support the property's objectives, maximize client satisfaction, and directly contribute to tenant success. 

 

What You'll Do 

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plan and budget aligned with strategic property goals

  • Manage and optimize marketing budget with monthly monitoring of projections

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to guide strategic decision-making 

  • Develop communication and public relations plan for the property

  • Negotiate contracts and optimize budget allocation across different channels

  • Develop PR campaigns, measure media performance and return on investment 

  • Design and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns and events to drive foot traffic

  • Manage digital marketing programs (social media, web) 

  • Build partnerships with tenants to maximize their sales

  • Facilitate new tenant onboarding and identify partnership opportunities

  • Cultivate community partnerships and represent the center and JLL at key events 

  • Collaborate with leasing, operations and regional marketing teams

  • Create effective leasing tools and marketing materials to support leasing initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and brand standards 

 

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience ideally in shopping centers

  • Budget management experience and financial responsibility

  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market research

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Event planning and project management experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specific shopping center experience

  • Knowledge of local and regional marketing

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms 

Key Competencies

  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution

  • Creative problem-solving

  • Managing multiple priorities

  • Community engagement 

Position Requirements

  • On-site position

  • Availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

  • Bilingual* French-English oral and written

*Oral and/or written interactions with internal and external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, etc.) and out of Québec customers.
