Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Chef(fe) de projet senior pour piloter l'évolution de l'environnement Microsoft 365, avec une forte composante autour de SharePoint, de la gestion documentaire et de l'adoption de Microsoft Copilot. Le poste vise à structurer les pratiques, soutenir le déploiement des licences Copilot, accompagner les équipes dans leur transformation et faire le lien entre les parties prenantes TI et Affaires.
 

Responsabilités

Pilotage du programme Copilot

  • Coordonner le déploiement des licences Microsoft Copilot;

  • Définir et suivre la feuille de route d'adoption;

  • Identifier et prioriser les cas d'usage d'affaires;

  • Assurer le suivi des bénéfices et des indicateurs d'adoption.

Gouvernance documentaire et SharePoint

  • Évaluer les pratiques actuelles de gestion documentaire;

  • Structurer les espaces SharePoint et les modes de collaboration;

  • Définir les standards, processus et bonnes pratiques;

  • Assurer l'alignement avec les exigences de sécurité et de gouvernance.

Gestion du changement

  • Élaborer et exécuter la stratégie de gestion du changement;

  • Développer les plans de communication;

  • Identifier et mobiliser les ambassadeurs/champions;

  • Gérer les impacts organisationnels liés à l'implantation.

Formation et accompagnement

  • Développer les parcours de formation;

  • Animer des ateliers exécutifs et utilisateurs;

  • Vulgariser les concepts IA, Microsoft 365 et Copilot;

  • Accompagner les gestionnaires et équipes dans l'adoption.

Gouvernance et alignement exécutif

  • Agir comme point de contact principal entre TI et Affaires;

  • Préparer les comités de gouvernance;

  • Conseiller la direction TI sur les priorités et enjeux;

  • Assurer la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes.

Qualifications

  • 15 ans+ en gestion de projets ou programmes de transformation;

  • Solide expérience dans de grandes organisations;

  • Expérience démontrée avec Microsoft 365;

  • Expertise obligatoire: SharePoint Online (forte expertise), Microsoft Copilot / IA générative en entreprise, Gestion documentaire et collaboration M365, Gestion du changement, Animation d'ateliers exécutifs, Formation et adoption utilisateurs;

  • Capacité à dialoguer avec des dirigeants;

  • Forte crédibilité auprès des équipes TI;

  • Orientation résultats et adoption;

  • Leadership d'influence.

  • Communication exécutive.
