Gestionnaire de compte national - Copart, Inc., chef de file en services de remarketing de véhicules, cherche un gestionnaire de compte expérimenté pour la Division nationale des ventes au Canada. Le poste sera basé à partir de la province de Québec. Le gestionnaire de compte national est responsable de toutes les relations avec les clients, avec un objectif premier : conserver et augmenter le volume et les revenus des clients existants et nouveaux. Responsable de maintenir un contact fréquent avec les clients et de s'assurer que les besoins commerciaux des clients sont traités en temps voulu.

Rôle et responsabilités

• Maintenir et développer les comptes clés nationaux existants

• Utiliser tous les moyens appropriés pour rechercher, répondre et résoudre les problèmes et les préoccupations des clients.

• Acquérir une compréhension approfondie du modèle commercial et servir de liaison entre les clients et l'organisation.

• Visitez les sites clients pour établir des relations assurant la satisfaction et la rétention du client. Augmenter le volume et les revenus des clients existants. Identifier et rechercher de nouvelles opportunités commerciales auprès de ces clients existants.

• Utiliser tous les moyens appropriés pour rechercher, répondre et résoudre les problèmes et les préoccupations des clients.

• Travailler avec les gestionnaires régionaux et les directeurs généraux des opérations pour fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux clients.

• Collaborer et travailler avec les employés de Copart déjà présents sur place dans les bureaux du client.

• Préparer des réunions trimestrielles discutant des résultats et des possibilités avec le client, cette fonction exigera des déplacements à travers le Canada vers les différents bureaux régionaux du client

• Capacité de fournir une formation sur place aux nouveaux employés

• Cherchez de nouvelles façons de développer les affaires existantes et d'autres occasions de créer de nouvelles sources de revenus pour ce client

Compétences et expérience requises

• Baccalauréat en affaires ou discipline connexe ou expérience équivalente recommandée • Fluide en français

 • L'expérience professionnelle sera considérée comme remplacée par un diplôme d'affaires

• Minimum de trois (3) années d'expérience de gestion de compte requises en mettant l'accent sur les ventes, le service à la clientèle et l'établissement de relations

• Très motivé et enthousiaste avec de fortes compétences en communication écrite, verbale et interpersonnelle

• Doit posséder d'excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, en organisation et en résolution de problèmes

• Capable de travailler avec succès dans un environnement en rythme rapide et de respecter des délais exigeants

• Un bon jugement est nécessaire pour gérer des priorités concurrentes

• Posséder une éthique de travail formidable avec de fortes compétences analytiques

• Capacité de préparer et de faire des présentations professionnelles aux clients.

Copart, Inc., a leader in vehicle remarketing services seeks an experienced Account Manager for National Sales Division in Canada. The position will be based out of the Province of Quebec. The National Account Manager is responsible for all client relationships with a primary goal of retaining and growing volume and revenues from existing as well as new clients. Responsible for maintaining frequent contact with customers and ensuring that the business needs of clients are addressed in a timely fashion.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing national key accounts
  • Utilize all appropriate means to research, respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the business model and serve as a liaison between the customers and the organization.
  • Visit customer locations to build relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Increase the volume and revenue from existing clients. Identify and pursuit new business opportunities from those existing clients.
  • Utilize all appropriate means to research, respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Work with Operations Regional Managers and General Managers to provide stellar customer service to customers.
  • Collaborate and work with any existing on-site Copart employees located within the client's office
  • Prepare quarterly meetings discussing results and opportunities with the client, this function will require travel across Canada to the various regional offices of the customer
  • Ability to provide training on site to new employees
  • Look for new ways to grow the existing business and other opportunities to create new revenue streams for that customer

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience recommended
  • Fluid in French
  • Business experience will be considered in lieu of business degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years of account management experience required with a focus on sales, customer service and relationship building
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must possess excellent time-management, organizational, & problem-solving skills
  • Able to successfully work in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding deadlines
  • Strong judgment is required to manage competing priorities
  • Possess a tremendous work ethic with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prepare and make professional presentations to clients.
