Burson est à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire de bureau bilingue, organisé(e), polyvalent(e) et proactif(ve), pour assurer la gestion quotidienne du bureau de Montréal et offrir un soutien administratif et opérationnel clé à l’équipe. Le rôle inclut également un soutien direct à la Directrice Générale, Québec, ainsi qu’une contribution active à l’expérience employé et à la vie de bureau. 

Ce poste joue un rôle central dans le bon fonctionnement du bureau, l’accueil des clients, l’organisation des événements internes, la coordination administrative et le soutien aux équipes.

RESPONSABILITÉS 

Gestion du bureau et accueil 

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne du bureau de Montréal
  • Accueillir les clients et visiteurs
  • Gérer l’entrée et la sortie du courrier et des colis
  • Maintenir l’ordre et le bon fonctionnement des salles de conférence
  • Tenir à jour les listes internes (postes téléphoniques, contacts, etc.) 

Coordination et logistique 

  • Gérer les calendriers et la réservation des salles de réunion
  • Coordonner les services de restauration et le support technique pour les réunions
  • Organiser les déplacements professionnels
  • Assurer l’interface avec les autres bureaux Burson au Canada 

Événements et vie de bureau 

  • Organiser et coordonner les événements internes et activités de bureau
  • Offrir un soutien logistique à l’organisation d’événements clients
  • Contribuer activement à une expérience employé positive et à la culture du bureau 

Soutien administratif, financier et opérationnel 

  • Fournir un soutien administratif aux équipes et aux conseillers
  • Agir comme assistante de la Directrice générale (gestion d’agenda, coordination, suivi administratif)
  • Aider au suivi de la facturation et à certaines tâches comptables de base
  • Participer à la traduction de documents (français / anglais)
  • Créer, réviser et mettre en page des documents selon les normes graphiques de Burson
  • Assurer l’archivage des dossiers et la gestion de bases de données 

Onboarding et support RH 

  • Coordonner l’accueil et l’intégration des nouveaux employés
  • Agir comme point de contact pour les nouveaux arrivants au bureau 

Soutien informatique 

  • Offrir un soutien informatique de base et coordonner avec les équipes TI au besoin 

QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONNELLES 

  • Bilinguisme français / anglais requis
  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial (un atout)
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et aisance relationnelle
  • Sens aigu de l’organisation et grande attention aux détails
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
  • Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’initiative
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) et Outlook
  • Capacité à respecter des échéanciers serrés
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle, en gestion de bureau ou en soutien administratif (atout)
