Purpose and Impact

  

The Brand Activity Manager (BAM) is responsible for the development and execution of below the line (BTL) activities in a market.

  

Relevant(e) de la directrice de l’activation marketing, le/la gestionnaire des activités de marque est responsable du développement et de l’exécution des activités/initiatives de marketing terrain et promotionnelles telles que le matériel au point de vente, les promotions, les événements et les commandites, pour l’ensemble des marques (y compris les partenaires), afin d’assurer l’atteinte des objectifs. Ce poste est offert en mode de travail hybride et le bureau est situé à Laval, QC.

Responsabilités

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables nationaux de marque (NBM), les équipes internes, les agences et les fournisseurs afin d’assurer une exécution irréprochable.
  • Planifier et exécuter les activités marketing dans le respect des délais ainsi que des budgets alloués.
  • Assurer la cohérence de l’image de nos marques sur tous les différents matériels promotionnels.
  • Développer des briefs clairs et détaillés pour nos fournisseurs externes.
  • Suivre les tendances du marché, les activités de la concurrence et surveiller activement la performance des marques par une présence continue sur le terrain.
  • Alimenter et maintenir à jour les informations liées aux activités de vente et de marketing (calendrier des activités) en temps opportun.
  • Informer la directrice de l’activation marketing des changements liés à la programmation afin d’assurer une intégration adéquate dans la planification de la demande.
  • Veiller au respect des lois canadiennes en matière de publicité, des normes en vigueur et des règlements des régies des alcools.
  • Recommander et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d’amélioration continue et de réduction des gaspillages (MUDA).
  • Participer à des projets spéciaux et à la gestion d’événements de nos marques.
  • Évaluer la performance et l’efficacité des activités marketing afin de formuler des recommandations concrètes pour les activités futures.

Exigences

  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en marketing ou dans un domaine d’affaires connexe.
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en marketing ou en marketing de détail.
  • Expérience dans le secteur des produits de grande consommation (CPG) considérée comme un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets et en organisation.
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein de plusieurs équipes.
  • Solides compétences informatiques, notamment avec Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Outlook.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) pour collaborer avec les équipes nationales et le siège social en Ontario.

Conditions de travail

  • Déplacements requis environ 10 % du temps.
  • Heures supplémentaires occasionnelles requises en dehors des heures normales de travail.
