Vos tâches en un coup d’œil 

Cette personne se distingue par un solide sens des affaires, du leadership et une vision stratégique contribuant à l’innovation et à la croissance continue de Groupe Vision.

  • Superviser les activités comptables, l’analyse et l’information financière des secteurs d’activités sous votre responsabilité, tout en contribuant aux revues trimestrielles de performance.
  • Collaborer avec différents partenaires afin d’analyser la performance des lignes d’affaires et soutenir la prise de décision.
  • Participer à la préparation de la documentation destinée au conseil d’administration ainsi qu’aux différents rapports financiers.
  • Superviser la participation de l’équipe aux prévisions financières et aux budgets en collaboration avec l’équipe FP&A.
  • Encadrer et développer une petite équipe d’analystes financiers dans un environnement collaboratif.
  • Optimiser et automatiser les processus de fin de mois afin d’améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Contribuer à l’intégration des acquisitions dans les processus comptables et financiers de Groupe Vision.
  • Participer aux audits annuels et intérimaires.
  • Assurer le maintien des processus, procédures et contrôles financiers sous votre responsabilité.

Une vue claire de vos atouts 

  • Vous détenez un baccalauréat en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe ainsi qu’un titre CPA.
  • Vous possédez un minimum de 6 années d’expérience pertinente en entreprise et/ou dans un environnement complexe multi-entités.
  • Vous démontrez de solides compétences comptables et une excellente maîtrise des normes ASPE.
  • Une expérience avec des systèmes ERP, notamment Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics 365) et Vena, constitue un atout.
  • Vous possédez de fortes aptitudes en organisation, planification et gestion des priorités.
  • Vous vous démarquez par votre esprit d’équipe, vos habiletés relationnelles et votre expérience en gestion de petites équipes.
  • Vous évoluez aisément dans un environnement entrepreneurial en constante évolution.
  • Vous êtes orienté vers le service à la clientèle.
  • Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais) en raison de la nécessité de communiquer avec des collègues et fournisseurs unilingues anglophones à travers le Canada.

Manager, Accounting and Financial Reporting

Your tasks at a glance 

This individual is distinguished by their strong business acumen, leadership, and strategic vision, contributing to keeping Vision Group at the forefront of the industry.

  • Oversee accounting, analysis, and financial reporting for assigned Lines of Business, while providing insights on performance and contributing to quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support business performance analysis and decision-making.
  • Contribute to Board of Directors documentation and oversee the preparation of financial reports for various stakeholders.
  • Lead your team’s participation in forecasts and budgets in collaboration with FP&A.
  • Manage and develop a small team of financial analysts while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Continuously optimize and automate month-end processes to improve efficiency and focus on value-added activities.
  • Support the integration of acquisitions into VG accounting and reporting processes.
  • Contribute to year-end and interim audit preparation.
  • Ensure processes, procedures, and financial controls under your responsibility remain current and effective.

A clear view of your assets 

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline and a CPA designation.
  • You have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the industry and/or in a complex multi-company environment.
  • You demonstrate solid accounting skills and are fully familiar with ASPE.
  • Experience using ERP systems, and in particular Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Vena is an asset.
  • You possess strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • You stand out for your team spirit, interpersonal skills, and experience managing small teams.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving entrepreneurial environment.
  • You are customer service oriented.
  • You are fluent in French and in English, as you will have to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees and service providers across Canada.
