As a functional analyst, you actively participate in developing highly complex, large-scale business solutions. You lead and serve as a specialist for the continuous delivery, maintenance and updating of solutions. You lead your team and regularly collaborate with other teams. As a team player, you demonstrate open-mindedness toward agile approaches, which also means versatility and a desire to contribute to all work the team does. More specifically, you will be required to:
Define the implementation strategy.
Coach the team on analyzing business solutions to speed up delivery.
Help clients define their needs with a detailed solution feasibility and design reflection process. Identify, input, analyze and interpret the functional specifications and data required to support decision-making for choosing appropriate IT solutions.
Develop complex execution strategies, determine their scope and write procedures and guidelines.
Analyze risks. Write highly complex reports and test cases, propose solutions and make recommendations. Serve as a specialist on how to implement recommendations.
Support the creation of testing plans and strategies.
Help plan deliveries in production.
Oversee the implementation of action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience as a functional analyst
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience analyzing business requirements to propose IT solutions
Experience in solution architecture and translation of functional specifications
Experience designing solutions in accordance with IT robustness, resilience and stability requirements
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Knowledge of the components of IT solutions
Knowledge of software packaging
