As a functional analyst, application piloting within the Business Banking Operations Department, you actively develop moderately to highly complex business solutions. You respond to upgrade and patch requests related to critical data to support IT operations. You carry out analyses and actively develop and upgrade software products that are part of business solutions. You work in a continuous (24/7) production environment where reliability, quick turnaround and technical rigour are key.More specifically, you will be required to:
Help design robust and scalable solutions for reports and data warehouses using SAP BusinessObjects, Denodo and DataStage platforms.
Collaborate on short-term functional developments (30 days or less), while complying with architecture, security and performance standards.
Promote and oversee best practices for analysis and documentation within the team.
Proactively manage incidents and anomalies in banking environments, including analyzing root causes and making lasting recommendations.
Work closely with custody, monitoring and architecture teams to ensure the stability and resilience of data environments.
Participate in technical reviews of deliverables, help make continuous improvements to processes and optimize data flows.
Support the team’s skills development by helping to train and mentor junior team members.
Work in a structured environment with critical deliverables and availability constraints.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in IT or in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Hands-on experience in projects related to business intelligence and analytics
Experience in the banking industry
Proven experience in IT operational support, major incident management and rapid development
Knowledge of French is required
Proficiency in the following tools: SAP BusinessObjects (WebI, Designer, Designer, complex universes)
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
Knowledge of automation, CI/CD or DevOps
Knowledge of monitoring and orchestration tools (Control-M, Splunk, Dynatrace)
