Develop and maintain high-quality full-stack applications for consultancy clients using Laravel and React. Build RESTful APIs, work with Laravel authentication and Eloquent ORM, implement frontend features, and write automated tests using tools such as PHPUnit, Pest PHP, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright. Collaborate with clients and team members, take ownership of delivery, meet estimates, and maintain strong attention to detail.

What we are looking for
- 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically with Laravel 8 and above.
- Experience with: Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder.
- Experience with testing tools, such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright.
- Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful API in Laravel.
- Experience with frontend development (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, etc).
- Bonus points if you have experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both regarding estimates and the general process.
- Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
