Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate tax records and support the preparation of tax filings (GST/QST, federal, provincial).
Develop and maintain internal controls and documentation to support audit requirements.
Financial Planning & Support
Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation or in progress strongly preferred.
4-8+ years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role, ideally in a multi-entity or agency/startup environment.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance.
Proficiency with accounting software (experience with NetSuite is a strong asset) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
