As a Frontend Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting beautiful, seamless, and intuitive user interfaces that captivate our users. Your work will bridge the gap between design and technology, ensuring a delightful user experience that feels effortless.
Core Responsibilities
• Writing beautiful, efficient, and scalable frontend code that follows best practices.
• Crafting smooth, high-performance UI interactions that feel natural and engaging.
• Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers to bring wireframes and concepts to life.
• Ensuring responsiveness across all devices, from desktops to mobile screens.
• Debugging & optimizing performance—because no one likes a laggy app!
• Implementing modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) to create dynamic, reusable components.
• Staying ahead of frontend trends and incorporating the latest best practices in web development.
• Championing accessibility & usability to make sure everyone can enjoy our applications.
Experience and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience working with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• A deep love for CSS animations, transitions, and responsive designs.
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Vuex, Context API, etc.).
• Familiarity with UI component libraries (Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, etc.).
• A passion for creating intuitive, stunning, and accessible user interfaces.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills—because bugs don’t belong in production!
• Experience with performance optimization (lazy loading, caching, bundling).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs & GraphQL, ensuring seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Version control knowledge (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience with Next.js or Nuxt.js for server-side rendering.
• Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, or other build tools to optimize assets.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles & usability testing.
• Basic familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Firebase, etc.).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Testing Library).
Month-to-Month Activities (Summary):
- Months 1–2: Develop and Implement UI Features – Build responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Months 3–4: Collaborate with Designers & Backend Devs – Align on design specs and integrate APIs.
- Months 5–6: Participate in Code Reviews – Review peers' code and maintain coding standards.
- Months 7–9: Fix Bugs & Optimize Performance – Address UI issues and improve speed/load times.
- Months 10–12: Stay Updated & Upskill – Explore new frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Code Quality & Review Score – Measured by peer code reviews, linting, and adherence to standards.
- Feature Delivery Timeliness – Tracks completion of UI features against sprint or project timelines.
- Bug Rate in Production – Measures the number of UI bugs reported after release.
- UI/UX Consistency – Assesses alignment with design specs, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Collaboration & Communication – Evaluated through team feedback and participation in Agile ceremonies.
