Sortly is looking for a Fractional Talent Acquisition Partner to initially take the wheel on 3–4 critical hires. You’ll be embedded with our hiring managers and People team, owning the full hiring journey from first outreach to signed offer. This is your chance to make a huge impact, fast.

- Partner with hiring managers to nail down must-have skills and culture add
- Source like a boss—tap networks, get creative, and bring in A+ talent
- Run the process end-to-end, keeping things fast, organized, and candidate-friendly
- Help shape the way we attract and close top talent in a high-growth environment

- Confident communicator who keeps hiring managers and candidates in sync
- A self-starter who thrives on moving fast and getting results

Benefits
Compensation for this role is $90-150 per hour.
