Who Should Join?

We’re looking for product leaders who are:
✔ Passionate about building and launching new products from the ground up
✔ Experienced in defining product vision, customer needs, and go-to-market strategies
✔ Excited to work closely with founders, engineers, and designers to shape early-stage products

Typical Roles & Responsibilities
  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and execution from 0 to 1

  • Conduct user research and customer discovery to validate product-market fit

  • Develop MVPs, iterate quickly, and scale successful features based on feedback

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership teams to bring products to life

  • Own roadmap planning, prioritization, and agile development cycles

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track product success and engagement

  • Drive go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and competitive differentiation

  • Create specifications, wireframes, and user stories to guide development

  • Influence company growth strategy and business decisions through data-driven insights

Common Qualifications

While each startup has its own hiring criteria, many founding product manager roles in our network look for:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably at an early-stage startup

  • Experience launching 0 to 1 products, building MVPs, and iterating based on user feedback

  • Strong ability to synthesize user research, data, and market insights into product decisions

  • Comfortable working with agile development, sprints, and cross-functional teams

  • Experience defining product roadmaps and feature prioritization frameworks

  • Strong understanding of customer psychology, UX, and data-driven product iteration

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to track engagement

  • Experience with SaaS, AI, fintech, marketplaces, or developer tools is a plus
