For web3 to get into the hands of mainstream users, there cannot be exploits that steal millions of dollars in a single atomic transaction. The current exploit detection and response solutions are not sufficient to keep billions of dollars secure. We believe a combination of research-based and data-driven detection solutions and a novel response solution will leapfrog the industry forward in the battle against exploiters.

Responsibilities
- Hands on develop and productionize Guardrail’s security detection models to be the best in the industry
- Own data analysis, working closely with our security researcher and CTO to continuously develop and backtest across our suite of detection techniques
- Perform data analysis on current exploits to prove and verify in-house research theses.
- Help shape the engineering culture at Guardrail as a member of the founding team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing high-quality prediction models
- Experience in Python, and modern AI frameworks
- Ability to handle the breadth of scope and ambiguity as a founding member of the company
- Be borderline obsessed with data science
- (Bonus) Experience with web3 technologies and products
