You’re proactive and hands-on – someone who takes initiative, figures things out, and keeps things moving.

You’re customer-oriented – you love working side-by-side with customers. You will be the first line of defense for any customer issues that arise, whether they are bugs or more meaty customer requests. You will also be working on improving customer workflows and owning the overall customer experience from an engineering perspective.
You’re collaborative – someone who values transparency, good communication, and knows that the best outcomes come from working well with others.
You’re experienced and thoughtful – we are looking for folks with 4+ years of work experience as a forward deployed / customer engineer, ideally in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments.
💻 What you’ll do
You’ll build and deploy – You’ll embed directly with our customers to understand their toughest challenges with private market data, then rapidly architect, customize, and ship solutions.
You’ll brainstorm – We’re not looking for someone to just take tickets—we want you in the room with both our internal team and customers, shaping product direction, internal tooling and new capabilities based on real-world usage and feedback.
You’ll work closely with clients – You’ll act as their trusted technical partner: gathering deep requirements, designing and implementing custom workflows, troubleshooting in production, soliciting feedback, and ensuring they extract maximum value from the platform (this is hands-on engineering combined with strong relationship building).
You’ll champion best practices and guide others – You’ll help our customers (and our growing team) adopt secure, robust, scalable, and auditable AI systems while feeding critical field insights back into our core product, raising the bar for reliability and precision in institutional-grade private market intelligence.
