Principales responsabilités
Développement du programme de formation- Développer et maintenir le programme de formation des opérations TCAM.
- Maintenir les matrices de formation pour l’ensemble des postes opérationnels.
- Appuyer la préparation des opérateurs pour les premières opérations de réception, stockage et distribution de carburant.
- Participer à la validation des procédures opérationnelles, notamment :
- Procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP)
- Procédures de démarrage (startup)
- Procédures d’arrêt (shutdown)
- Dispenser des formations en salle et sur le terrain.
- Évaluer le niveau de compétence des opérateurs.
- Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour des dossiers de formation et de qualification.
- Coordonner les certifications et recertifications des opérateurs.
- Participer à des simulations et exercices de type « table-top » lorsque requis.
- Soutenir les activités de préparation opérationnelle (Operations Readiness) tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
- Réception de carburant aviation (navire vers installation).
- Transfert d’installation vers navire.
- Opérations de stockage de carburant.
- Transfert de carburant entre installations.
- Opérations de pipelines.
- Chargement et déchargement de wagons-citernes.
- Chargement de camions-citernes.
- Prévention de la contamination du carburant.
- Procédures d’échantillonnage.
- Exigences relatives aux tests de carburant.
- Systèmes de filtration.
- Gestion de l’eau dans les systèmes de carburant.
- Sécurité des procédés (Process Safety).
- Procédures de consignation (Lockout/Tagout).
- Travail en espace clos.
- Travaux à chaud.
- Déclaration et gestion des incidents.
- Minimum de 20 ans d’expérience dans les opérations de terminaux de carburant.
- Expérience solide en opérations de carburant (réception, stockage, transfert et distribution).
- Connaissance des procédures opérationnelles, de la qualité du carburant et des systèmes de sécurité industrielle.
- Expérience en formation, coaching et évaluation d’opérateurs en milieu industriel.
- Bonne compréhension des normes de santé, sécurité et environnement en milieu opérationnel.
