We are looking for a Financial Transformation Intern to support FP&A initiatives and contribute to the analysis, documentation, and improvement of financial processes. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop practical skills while collaborating with dynamic teams in a fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities
Participate in documenting and updating operational, financial, and organizational processes.
Help test key FP&A processes to identify improvement opportunities, both quantitative and qualitative.
Cross-reference existing data to validate assumptions and document findings.
Contribute to improving and automating financial reports and analyses, including using Power BI.
Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on recommendations.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders across Canada.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong interest in financial transformation, process improvement, and automation, including AI and analytical tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Curious and motivated to learn, with a structured analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
Comfortable in a fast-changing environment, resourceful, and ready to take on new challenges.
