A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics
Position Summary
The Finance Transformation Analyst plays a key role in Intelcom’s finance modernization journey. Reporting to the Manager, Finance Transformation, this individual will support critical initiatives focused on technology enablement, process excellence, and people adoption across FP&A and key business partners. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, hands-on finance professional who combines structured problem-solving with strong stakeholder skills. This is a high-impact, visible role with the opportunity to help shape a more agile, scalable, and data-driven FP&A function
1. Technology Enablement & Delivery
Support the delivery of transformation initiatives that improve FP&A tools, reporting, and planning capabilities.
Translate business needs into clear documentation (functional requirements, business rules, KPI definitions) and support solution design decisions
Support testing/UAT, issue tracking, and go-live readiness when relevant.
Support vendor assessments when relevant: coordinate demos/workshops, gather business requirements, support evaluation scorecards, and consolidate stakeholder feedback.
Proactively identify practical use cases (automation, copilots/agents) to improve efficiency and decision-making
2. Process Excellence & Operational Excellence
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities to simplify FP&A and adjacent finance workflows.
Conduct targeted analysis (current state vs. future state) and recommend practical improvements.
Standardize and document processes (process maps, SOPs, RACI) to improve consistency and scalability.
Track outcomes and support continuous improvement post-change.
3. Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement & People Development
Support change activities with communication and training
Build strong relationships across Finance, Tech/IT, and business teams to align on priorities and drive adoption.
Contribute to upskilling finance professionals through practical enablement and continuous improvement habits.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree Accounting (CPA designation preferred) or Finance
Three (3) to six (6) years' experience in FP&A, finance transformation, system implementation or consulting.
Experience enabling technology-driven change (systems, BI, automation, planning tools).
Excellent communication skills (French/English), able to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
Structured, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
Preferred:
CPA designation
Experience in finance transformation, FP&A and systems implementations.
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power BI, RPA, Ai agents, Python)
