Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un 
Analyste Financier pour notre équipe– Opérations Cime Finance qui jouera un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance.

 

LIEU DE TRAVAIL : Montréal (2020 boul. Robert-Bourassa), Laval (600 rue Lucien-Paiement), Québec (5700, boul. Des Galeries), St-Hyacinthe (2450, rue Girouard Ouest)

LE RÔLE:

En tant qu’analyste financier, vous conseillez et supportez la direction. Le candidat sera appelé à collaborer avec différentes équipes de l’organisation sur divers mandats et projets en tant que personne ressource pour le volet finance. Vous devrez également préparer des prévisions financières et diverses analyses selon les besoins.  Vous participerez au processus budgétaire annuel de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités principales:

  • Préparer les diverses analyses et rapports requis selon les besoins et faire les recommandations appropriées

  • Créer les outils et les modèles financiers afin d’améliorer l’aide à la décision (rapport KPI)

  • Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration des systèmes financiers, opérationnels et transactionnels

  • Participer au processus budgétaire des résultats d’assurance, dépenses d’exploitation.

  • Exercer un regard critique sur les contrôles en place et les différents processus en lien avec les opérations.

  • Supporter les opérations dans la création de fichiers / outils permettant un meilleur suivi des opérations.

  • Support et Backup aux tâches de fin de mois

  • Support comptable à l’équipe

  • Préparer et fournir la documentation pour les audits internes et l'audit de fin d'année.

 Vos compétences

 

  • Détenir un baccalauréat en administration des affaires (profil comptabilité ou finance).

  • Minimum 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.

  • Forte capacité d’analyse.

  • Capacité d’organisation et de priorisation de la charge de travail.

  • Sens de l’initiative, désir d’apprendre et de comprendre.

  • Intérêt marqué pour le travail en équipe.

  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (incluant une utilisation experte du logiciel Excel).

  • Bilinguisme (français / anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
