Job Description
The Sr. Field Representative must protect Mattel's leadership in the toy category at the point of sale by: a) correctly executing sales and trade marketing strategies b) visiting points of sale in order to build customer loyalty c) understanding the category to identify threats and opportunities.
Its main challenge is to position itself as a leader in a highly competitive, dynamic and demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the field operation through the local promotion agency, defining objectives of frequency, coverage and scope
2. Responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the brands at the point of sale, aligned to the commercial and trade marketing strategy of the country
3. Develop display strategies together with the visual merchandising team to maximize the leadership of the brands in the different channels and categories
4. Responsible for generating valuable relationships with stakeholders of: sales, customers, stores, agency.
Qualifications
3-4 years experience in sales, trade marketing, GTM, sales strategy, ideally managing relationships with clients, stores and promotion agencies in mass consumption categories.
