Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Field Exam Specialist and play a crucial role in supporting our sub Line of Business managers. This position offers a unique opportunity to ensure the efficient operation of our exam team, handling a variety of tasks related to system maintenance, organization, and communication. As a Field Exam Specialist in our team, you will assist sub Line of Business managers in supporting the exam team to ensure an efficient operation of the group. This role is vital to maintaining the smooth functioning of our scheduling system and requires excellent communication skills to liaise with internal staff, business partners, and external third-party suppliers. You will be instrumental in coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless exam processing and high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain scheduling system to ensure accuracy. Conduct regular testing of system enhancements, procedures, processes, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal staff, business partners, and external third-party suppliers.
  • Work with the scheduling managers to ensure exam team is set for timely exam start dates and required time & expense input.
  • Maintain a scheduling system, department procedures, prepare third-party engagement letters, invoices to clients, conduct manager meetings, and review reports as needed.
  • Provide general support to managers, examiners, business partners, and third-party suppliers to assist in the process flow of department reporting, payment, consultation, and technology requests.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as underwriting, credit, and risk management, to ensure seamless exam processing, invoicing, and collection approval. Collaborate with the global support team to resolve supplier inquiries related to setup and payment processing to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; .
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and MS PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Executive Assistant / Officer Manager experience will be a plus
