Position Overview
As a FastTrack Architect for Customer Technical Success in the Design & Manufacturing (D&M) industry at Autodesk, you will serve as a deployment coordinator, demonstrating both technical and program governance capabilities. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain strategic FastTrack Onboarding services, providing technical deployment guidance and best practices to help customers adopt Autodesk Design & Manufacturing Solutions. By supporting the discovery and delivery of assisted onboarding sessions and establishing working relationships with customers, partners, and internal support teams, you will use Autodesk Technology to help customers overcome barriers and accelerate their business outcomes.
Responsibilities

Demonstrate subject matter expertise in Autodesk D&M solutions and provide technical guidance based on best practices to help customers adopt Autodesk technology and achieve their business outcomes

Design, build, and maintain the strategic Fast Track Onboarding service catalog to increase customer success and new product adoption

Support customer discovery and delivery of assisted onboarding sessions, helping to reduce deployment and onboarding time and increase Autodesk Solutions usage and consumption

Curate, create, and deliver digital content for end-users via 1:1 and 1:Many sessions, ensuring it adheres to Customer Technical Success (CTS) standards of quality and consistency and effectively solves specific customer challenges

Collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive deployment efforts and build strong relationships with customers, ensuring seamless execution and support of Fast Track Onboarding Services
Minimum Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design & Manufacturing, or a related field
-
Advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Product Design & Manufacturing Engineering industry needs and workflows

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or Manufacturing engineering or equivalent
-
Proficient knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, Fusion, and/or Vault in a production environment
-
Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions is a bonus
-
Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
-
Able to manage several projects simultaneously, setting the right priorities
-
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience

Strong content creator for both internal and customer-facing audiences

Responsabilités

Démontrer une expertise dans les solutions Autodesk D&M et fournir des conseils techniques basés sur les meilleures pratiques afin d'aider les clients à adopter la technologie Autodesk et à atteindre leurs objectifs commerciaux

Concevoir, construire et maintenir le catalogue de services stratégiques Fast Track Onboarding afin d'augmenter la réussite des clients et l'adoption de nouveaux produits

Soutenir la découverte des clients et l'organisation de sessions d'onboarding assistées, en aidant à réduire le temps de déploiement et d'onboarding et en augmentant l'utilisation et la consommation des solutions Autodesk

Élaborer, créer et fournir du contenu numérique aux utilisateurs finaux par le biais de sessions 1:1 et 1:Many, en veillant à ce qu'il respecte les normes de qualité et de cohérence de Customer Technical Success (CTS) et qu'il résolve efficacement les problèmes spécifiques des clients

Collaborer avec plusieurs équipes internes pour mener à bien les efforts de déploiement et établir de solides relations avec les clients, en assurant une exécution et un soutien sans faille des services d'intégration accélérée (Fast Track Onboarding Services)
Qualifications minimales
-
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie mécanique, en conception et fabrication de produits ou dans un domaine connexe
-
Connaissance approfondie des besoins et des flux de travail de l'industrie de l'ingénierie mécanique, de la conception et de la fabrication de produits
-
Licence ou expérience équivalente en ingénierie mécanique, conception industrielle ou ingénierie de fabrication ou équivalent
-
Connaissance approfondie d'Autodesk Inventor, Fusion et/ou Vault dans un environnement de production

Une connaissance supplémentaire des solutions de plate-forme Autodesk est un atout
-
Capacité avérée à faire preuve de souplesse et à apprendre rapidement dans un environnement en constante évolution

Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et de fixer les bonnes priorités
-
Capacité avérée à établir et à maintenir de solides relations avec les clients commerciaux
-
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais ; capacité à transmettre de manière cohérente des détails techniques complexes à un public réel ou virtuel

Excellente capacité à créer du contenu pour des publics internes et en contact avec les clients

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $83,600 and $144,320. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
