Work Period: July through December
Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
Join our dynamic product development team as a Design Engineering Co-op and help bring innovative kitchen appliances to life. You'll gain hands-on experience in CAD, prototyping, testing, and design iteration-while directly contributing to active projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning quickly, and using tools like 3D printers to rapidly prototype and test new ideas.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:

• Create and iterate on CAD models (SolidWorks)
• Support rapid prototyping using 3D printing and other shop tools
• Assist in building and executing design validation tests
• Collaborate with engineers and designers on concept development
• Analyze test results and contribute to design improvements

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• Candidates should be in their third year of beyond of a Bachelor's program in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or be within one year of graduating with a degree in the same field.
• Must be able to come into our Needham, MA office 5 days per week
• Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing (FDM or SLA)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excitement for fast-paced, creative product development
