Business Integrity & Security compliance is a key element in our organization and you will provide support in the development and delivery of compliance & integrity and security tools and processes. This includes tools and processes for due diligence and risk intelligence. You will excel in the analysis and identification of compliance and security risks. Guided by senior colleagues you will implement compliance and security programs for specific risk areas on a country level and/or across multiple locations.

You will be responsible for the management and continuous performance improvement of Compliance & Integrity and Security tools and processes across the enterprise. Additionally you will help ensure that all compliance and security procedures and policies are been followed.

What you need to know about this position:
  • Support the Plant management and Country/Area Security Manager with access control and physical security programs, and in achieving compliance with Food Defense.
  • Mitigate pilferage and robbery risks.
  • Manage and/or support guard programs.
  • Implement and maintain Mondelēz Global security standards, protocols, procedures, and systems to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
  • Conduct and document risk assessments for both Mondelēz Plants, external and internal warehouses, and for certain processes and activities. Develop crisis management and business continuity plans
  • In alignment with Global Security, provide security support for smooth & secure planning & execution of company events within Morocco.
  • Respond to security incidents, investigate, and report on incidents, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct investigations of all the incidents related to burglary, stealing, workplace violence and other non-compliance issues in line with company policy and standards. Support Business Integrity function and update GS (Global Security) on all security related incidents/issues pertaining to violations of Code of Conduct.
  • Specifically support the Area Security Manager in advancing Global Security initiatives at Plant & other supply chain operations. These initiatives include Risk Management, digitization of security processes, travel security management, security awareness trainings, SSM training, and investigations.
  • Manage CCTV operations in line with local laws and conditions as mentioned in the approved NOC from CNDP. Ensure the CCTVs and Access control systems are always functional and up to date through AMC & regular checking
  • Conduct security awareness training for employees, contractors, and visitors to promote a security-conscious culture.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as HR, Legal, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of security measures.

Education / Certifications:
  • Graduation from a government law enforcement or military academy
  • Fluent English, French & Arabic both written and oral
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer skills (should be able to use MS office & Outlook)
  • Investigation skills
