- Supervise and validate major geotechnical studies on a variety of structures: power lines, dams, roads, foundations, buildings, retaining structures, etc.
- Participate in defining and implementing quality standards and best practices in geotechnical engineering.
- Offer technical training, share what you have learned and help tomorrow’s experts grow.
- Collaborate with our in-house experts to integrate innovative, multidisciplinary solutions into projects.
- Proudly represent CIMA+ at conferences and technical events and contribute to our position as a leader in the field.
- University degree in civil engineering, geotechnics, or related field.
- Master’s degree or doctorate in geotechnics (an asset).
- Over 20 years’ experience in engineering, specializing in soil mechanics and/or dynamics.
- Recognized for your technical expertise, your publications, your presence at conferences or your industry collaborations.
- Experience in mentoring, knowledge transfer and skills development.
- Strong communication, popularization, and teaching skills.
- Proficiency in specialized geotechnical modelling software.
- Fluency in spoken and written French; English is an asset.
