MISSION
As a Technical Designer, you will work closely with the Senior Technical Designer, the design team, and other disciplines to establish development standards that ensure the creation of performant, robust, and high-quality content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of interactive objects, scripted events, and other complex content elements.
- Contribute to prototyping and the iterative process, from paper concepts to the engine.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the content meets their constraints and objectives.
- Identify tooling needs and assist in their creation.
- Monitor level performance statistics and identify problematic elements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working on 3 or more games, having participated in all stages of development, from concept to delivery.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
- Strong scripting skills, applicable in both prototyping and final production contexts.
- Solid understanding of memory and performance concepts and their application in a modern game engine.
- Deep understanding of modern AAA action games and production practices.
- Experience with FPS or 3D action titles is considered an asset.
