Job Description

What your weeks will look like

  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, and implement best practices that foster strong, long-term relationships with them;
  • Establish tools and processes to ensure effective communication from teams to partners regarding project status, risks, and opportunities;
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure all agreements align with the company’s objectives and capabilities;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the business unit;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and potential clients;
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations;
  • Set up success metrics and business models to evaluate the growth and impact of the business unit;
  • Plan the resources required for projects within the business unit based on expertise needs and project milestones;
  • Validate the quality and consistency of the game throughout the production process with the producers in charge and the partner, ensuring established standards are met;
  • Produce and monitor performance indicators for the business unit;
  • Develop and manage the co-development unit’s P&L, ensuring financial objectives are met;
  • Report financial performance and forecasts to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
  • Build and present investment proposals to leadership to help advance the company’s positioning.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or another relevant field related to video game development;
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management within the video game industry or a similar field;
  • Proven experience in an Executive Producer or Senior Producer role in the video game industry, preferably in service studios and/or co-development;
  • Strong knowledge of management tools such as Jira, 10,000ft, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Ability to travel outside the country when needed;
  • Excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written). English skills are required to perform the job, as we collaborate with English-speaking partners.
