This is a hybrid position based in our vibrant NYC office, with in-person presence required three days per week.

About The Role

  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and operational gaps while offering forward-thinking solutions before challenges arise.
  • Support logistics for internal and external events, offsites, and team meetings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams globally to ensure clear communication and seamless alignment with our international colleagues.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with a high bar for quality.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset—you seek continuous improvement, own your work with pride, and learn quickly from feedback.
  • Highly responsive - As a representative of the executive, you ensure all internal and external constituents are engaged with and feel seen and heard.
  • Master of time management, with an innate ability to multitask, adapt, and remain composed in a fast-changing environment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
  • Resilient, resourceful, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS company.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience supporting sales executives or leaders in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Previous work in a high-growth organization
  • A variety of experience in both start-ups and large enterprises
