About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and data-driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead the growth marketing efforts for RoofSnap and Kickserv. This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across both businesses. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in driving revenue and building scalable marketing programs within a fast-paced, PLG environment. Key responsibilities for this role include:

Growth Marketing Strategies

  • Optimize and scale comprehensive growth marketing strategies: Define and lead the overall growth marketing strategy for RoofSnap and Kickserv, including customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion initiatives.
  • Own and optimize the customer lifecycle: Develop and implement customer journey maps across all stages of the customer lifecycle, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making: Leverage data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and continuously optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Breakthrough Growth Plateaus: Identify and address growth plateaus by analyzing existing operations and strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary adjustments to achieve sustained growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends: Maintain a deep understanding of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices within the SaaS and home services industries.

Growth Operating Systems

  • Develop and implement scalable operating systems: Design and implement efficient and scalable operating systems for the marketing team, including processes, workflows, and tools, to drive consistent execution and maximize team productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Partner closely with product and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation: Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, with a focus on A/B testing, data analysis, and iterative optimization.

Growth Leadership and Management

  • Manage high-performing marketing teams: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
  • Develop and manage budgets: Oversee and manage 6 figure marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across all channels and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong emphasis on PLG strategies.
  • Experience being directly accountable for driving self-service revenue and pipeline growth through the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems.
  • Experience in the SaaS, software, or home services industries is a strong plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.

Where

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, so if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation

  • The target base compensation for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
