The EverPro business within EverCommerce offers business management solutions that help home and field service small businesses work more efficiently and improve every touchpoint with their customers. Software solutions customized for field services, landscaping, pest and lawn, remodeling and roofing help these businesses with everything from scheduling and tracking jobs, to quoting, invoicing and payments processing, to customer relationship, review and reputation management.

The Invoicing vertical within EverPro focuses on business management and payments solutions for small service businesses through our Invoice Simple and Joist products. These solutions help service professionals efficiently manage their business finances, from creating estimates and invoices to processing payments and tracking jobs. Our products serve hundreds of thousands of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and microbusinesses across hundreds of industries across multiple geographies.

Position Summary:

The Analytics & Insights Lead will develop and drive data-driven decision making for Invoice Simple and Joist, reporting to the Head of Growth. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights, building robust analytics frameworks, and guiding experimentation to drive growth across our invoicing products. The role serves as a key analytical partner across all Market Leader functions to ensure data-informed strategy development and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics Framework Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive analytics frameworks across customer lifecycle.

  • Develop attribution models for multi-channel acquisition.

  • Create dashboards and reporting systems for growth metrics.

  • Establish data governance and quality standards.

  • Build predictive models for customer behavior.

Growth Experimentation:

  • Lead design and execution of growth experiments.

  • Develop testing frameworks and statistical methodologies.

  • Guide experiment prioritization and resource allocation.

  • Analyze experimental results and identify insights.

  • Scale successful experiments across markets.

Strategic Insights:

  • Transform complex data into actionable growth insights.

  • Identify opportunities through cohort analysis and segmentation.

  • Guide customer journey optimization through data.

  • Develop performance forecasting models.

  • Create competitive intelligence frameworks.

Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Partner with Product on feature optimization and user analytics.

  • Support Market Strategist with data-driven market insights.

  • Guide Digital Strategist on channel performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with Customer Research on quantitative analysis.

  • Provide analytical guidance to Strategic Planning team.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or growth analytics.

  • Strong background in SaaS or mobile app analytics.

  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and statistical analysis.

  • BS/BA required in statistics, mathematics, data science, or related field; MS/MBA preferred.

  • Expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools.

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.

  • Proven track record of driving growth through data-informed decisions.

  • Background in consumer/prosumer digital products preferred.

  • Experience with PLG business models highly valued.

Where: Remote, Ontario/Canada

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role will require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America. 

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 CAD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
