Position Summary:
The Event Manager at PointClickCare (PCC) is a critical member of the Marketing Operations & Growth team, contributing to the planning and execution of national and regional events that support pipeline generation and sales acceleration. This hybrid role bridges strategy and logistics—translating input from senior team members into actionable event plans and delivering tactical coordination across multiple stakeholders.
The Event Manager partners with internal teams and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of events that align to campaign objectives and customer experience standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics and onsite execution for regional and national events
- Act on strategic direction provided by senior team members to develop execution plans
- Maintain master schedules, project checklists, and documentation in Workfront
- Manage pre and post-show lead capture steps to ensure timely data routing and campaign readiness
- Coordinate cross-functional input with internal stakeholders and agencies
- Collaborate with Event Coordinators to ensure on-time delivery of logistics and assets
- Assist with post-event debriefs and performance reporting
- Travel 1–2 times per month for event execution
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate event planning and execution
- Familiarity with event platforms and tools such as Cvent, iCapture, Jifflenow, and Workfront
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
- Travel required 1–2 times per month
