Job Description
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective internal and external communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation. Will be the responsible for public relationships, and internal communication, also will be responsible for all communication with the agencies in all PR matters. Their main objective is to ensure clear, consistent, and aligned communication with the company's needs (business and culture) in order to foster a positive work culture, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
The role will be responsible for overseeing the execution of programs such as Interns and Trainees within the company, as well as providing support to Talent Acquisitions, for seen the cultural fit of the candidates aligned with Kraft Heinz's culture. Also be in charge of all the On boarding process end to end.
In charge of support and execute projects, programs & activities of People & Performance South (Colombia & Chile) in order to satisfied personal needs, improve engagement and performance of Commercial & Support Team and help to implement People & Performance strategy.

- Responsible to assure cultural fit of the new hires (Business Cases, interviews)

- 4 years of experience in HR generalist
