As an ESG Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical discussions, evaluate client needs, deliver product demos, and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support sales and business development.
We’re looking for a skilled ESG Solutions Engineer to join Novisto! In this role, you’ll partner with our Sales and Business Development teams as the technical expert, showcasing our ESG data management software and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with Novisto's Sales and Business Development teams to lead technical discussions on sales, business development, and industry relations calls and meetings;
- Assist the Sales and Business Development teams with any RFX or other evaluations of the platform from a technical perspective
- Lead online and in-person product demos, webinars, and technical presentations as the Novisto product expert;
- Establish trust with clients by providing functional and technical expertise, insight, and recommendations during online and in-person meetings with the sales and business development teams;
- Assess client needs and requirements and recommend best solutions and support during the pre-sales process;
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospects as a trusted technical advisor and respected ambassador for Novisto in the community and across the industry;
- Collaborate with the product and tech team on technical solutions during the pre-sales process;
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our solutions and keep up to date with technical trends;
- Represent Novisto at conferences, shows, and exhibitions.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technical role;
- Ability to translate functional, technical, and complex information to a broad audience, demonstrating business acumen;
- Superior communication skills; adapting your style to different stakeholders;
- Comfortable in face-to-face meetings with high-ranking executives;
- Proactive and comfortable in proposing future developments;
- Technical background in consulting is preferred;
- Interest in joining a startup and fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in English. Additional language skills in Spanish, French, and/or German are an asset.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
