The Boeing Company has a long tradition of aerospace leadership and innovation, and Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an opening for an Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist at our Mesa, AZ location.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material orders and delivery requirements
  • Responds to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
  • Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, kits and provisioning products or services.
  • Assists with engagement with stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, possible negotiation and contracting strategies.
  • Assists in execution of the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
  • Assists in performance and relationships to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
  • Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 0 - 1 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
  • Attention to detail, self-starter, and results driven.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $61,200 - $82,800
