Coveo is seeking an energetic, motivated, and ambitious Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to prospect and identify new sales opportunities in our Commerce or Service line of business. This role requires a challenger and provocative individual to relentlessly penetrate our target market profiles through calling, emailing, and strategic outreach for our outbound leads.
The SDR holds a key and unique position which works closely with sales, partner managers, the technical team, and marketing to qualify prospects at the top of the funnel. You are the first impression of Coveo when you reach out to a lead, and it is your job to deliver a personalized and highly credible experience, as well as initial sales qualification.
Your main responsibilities will include:Initiate strategic relationships with senior decision-makers (VPs and executives) at target companies to generate exploratory calls.
Follow up on opportunities generated by the marketing team and move them forward in the sales process.
Continuously test, refine, and optimize messaging and strategies in close collaboration with the marketing team.
Develop and execute targeted strategies for digital and virtual events, both Coveo-hosted and third-party, in partnership with marketing.
Collaborate with Coveo’s alliances team and partner ecosystem to spark interest and qualify sales opportunities.
Work closely with North American account managers to advance qualified leads and tailor outreach based on account insights.

- E-Commerce or Service experience and knowledge
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and Salesforce CRM
- Account-based selling and buyer-centric messaging experience
