Cox Automotive is hiring an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst. The ERM Analyst will provide ongoing support for quarterly and ad-hoc ERM activities. Support the development and enhancement of the overall ERM program including risk identification, risk monitoring, risk and control assessments, and evaluation of mitigation actions. Play a key role in supporting issue management activities including tracking remediation targets and risk acceptance.

Compensation includes a base salary of $54,200.00 - $81,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Assist the ERM Senior Manager with the maintenance and preparation of detailed and accurate documentation, including Program roadmaps, Risk Registers, Risk Maps, etc.
- Support development and implementation of the quarterly risk certification process and provide ongoing support for quarterly and ad-hoc reporting activities.
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive Key Risk Indicator (KRI) / risk monitoring program and provide ongoing support for risk monitoring activities.
- Assist in the design and creation of standardized and ad-hoc risk reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of different stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, assess, and monitor enterprise risks and controls within their respective areas.
- Help facilitate risk assessment workshops and interviews to gather input and insights from stakeholders on existing or emerging risks and potential risk mgmt. and control deficiencies.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various sources to inform risk reporting, including risk assessments, control assessments, KRIs, and other relevant information.
- Assist the ERM team in driving a strong enterprise risk culture and enabling a collaborative risk management environment that promotes transparency and proactive identification, mitigation, and monitoring of risk across multiple focus areas.
- Perform special projects and tasks related to Enterprise Risk Management as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/Economics, Risk Management, a related field with generally 2 years of experience in a related field. A non-degreed candidate will have 4 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Solid interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, external audit, internal audit, or a combination of relevant experience, education and certification.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving results.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and identify key insights and trends.
- CPA, CIA, CRM, CRMA certifications, or coursework in risk management
