Role Summary
Bureau Veritas is seeking an Enterprise AI Architecture Director to lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions across the organization. This role will define the technical foundations, standards, and governance required to scale trusted AI capabilities that support business transformation and operational excellence.
Overall Mandate
Establish the architectural foundation required to scale AI across Bureau Veritas, ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, and reusable while enhancing expert judgment, operational efficiency, and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise AI architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Design scalable AI, data, and integration architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Establish reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI solution development.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to identify and deliver AI-driven value.
- Provide architectural oversight for AI platforms, applications, and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Drive technology selection, architecture decisions, and solution governance.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, risk, and responsible AI requirements.
- Mentor technical teams and provide leadership on complex AI and data initiatives.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, AI platforms, data platforms, or digital transformation.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, APIs, integration patterns, data platforms, and AI/ML technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
