The Role

Kyndryl Project Managers oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll be the driving force for every aspect of a program’s success, and the “conductor” who orchestrates everyone’s efforts to make beautiful music together. As the single point of contact to the client, you’ll also be the living embodiment of Kyndryl’s reputation every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as primary point of contact for customer resources, project activities, and escalations as required to achieve expected outcomes

  • Lead the delivery team throughout the engagement, often in collaboration with services partners, ensuring all team members understand their tasks and deliverables

  • Serve as the single point of contact for client engagements, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication in both required languages, as required.

  • Manage project governance, scope, timeline, budget, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials.

  • Apply expertise in ServiceNow methodologies (such as “NowCreate” or other practice methodologies) to promote successful and efficient project delivery.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as, partners, and clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and value drivers, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and client goals.

  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives and promote customer success.

  • Identify gaps between actual progress and project plans, proposing solutions and driving resolution.

  • Lead multiple concurrent projects (if needed), ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings, often requiring the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

  • Organizes the project kickoff and process workshop(s) – Facilitates activities through training, testing, go-live, and post go-live support

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years’ experience in professional services and consulting, with a focus on ServiceNow projects.

  • Project management certification (PMP or similar) and Agile/Scrum experience preferred.

  • MS Project software

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage large, complex ServiceNow implementations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate in culturally and linguistically diverse environments. Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels.

  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and French, as required by the client or region).

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, ITIL Foundations) or any training accreditation preferred are highly desirable.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in global, multi-geography implementations

  • Pre-sales or solution scoping experience, including RFP responses and cost estimation.

  • Track record of publishing thought leadership or presenting to C-Level executives

  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and foster engagement from all participants, leveraging bilingual skills for effective communication.

This position requires the employee to work on a regular basis with Kyndryl stakeholders located in other Canadian provinces, the United States, or internationally where English is the common language, making knowledge of the English language a requirement for this position in addition to fluency in French.
