This Position reports to:
EL Customer Operations ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for providing internal and external customer service, including order entry, expedite, RMA's and other after sales requests. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by increasing customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role reports to the: Customer Operations Manager ELSP/SB.
This role is contributing to the Smart Power and Smart Building division in Canada.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Work as a liaison between the customer, sales, product management, logistics for supply and demand, and other corporate personnel
Providing appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with related teams to ensure complete handling of requests, including order changes, order completion, expediting requests, credit management, tracking and communication aspects, account block and suspension, etc.
Be able to manage a load of Accounts to include distributor, OEM, or Channel partner as the primary customer contact for the duration of each order or small project, and able to resolve specific issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate / coordinate with staff as appropriate
Identify the processes needed to be followed to solve any inquiries received from customers.
Demonstrates ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly.
Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.
Ensures adherence to the collaboration objectives of the team to maximize results for ABB.
Leads their own development journey by seeking knowledge and learning opportunities within the team.
Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience in a similar position
Proficient in using SFDC, SAP, and other relevant software tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in French is mandatory, as well as English to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Available to travel up to 10% of the time
